This is the 163rd passage in “Scripture… As We Live It.”

Now those who were scattered went about preaching the word, as long as they had been properly educated, ordained, and licensed by their local churches to carry out an evangelistic ministry, and as long as their local church had the finances available to pay their salaries. (Acts 8:4 re-mix)

    I really enjoy this series, and today is no exception.

    Since I am not paid, and do not have a seminary degree, I guess my post will not matter… what do I know 🙂

    Wow Alan. This might be called divisive by some. Don’t you know that we all have freedom in Christ to do what we think is best in church matters?

    If I had a dollar for every time I’ve heard that qualifying phrase “as long as” used in the halls of christendom……………..!
