Posted by on Aug 3, 2008 in as we live it, scripture | 3 comments

Here is the thirteenth installment of “Scripture… As We Live It“:

But if all prophesy the preacher preaches, and an unbeliever or outsider enters, he is convicted by all the preacher’s sermon, he is called to account by all the preacher’s sermon, the secrets of his heart are disclosed, and so, falling on his face, he will worship God and declare that God is really among you with the preacher. (1 Corinthians 14:24-25 re-mix)

How sad that we have allowed this “remix” to be true in the vast majority of modern churches. When will we return to true body life and vitality?

    zgporter,

The purpose of “Scripture… as we live it” is to demonstrate how our practices and beliefs differ from what Scripture actually says. I know some people who are moving closer and closer to what we see in Scripture.
