Scripture… As We Live It #37

Posted by on Jan 18, 2009 in as we live it, scripture | 3 comments

Here is the 37th installment of “Scripture… As We Live It“:

What I mean is that each one of you says, “I follow Paul,” or “I follow Apollos,” or “I follow Cephas,” or “I follow Christ.” Is Christ divided? Was Paul crucified for you? Or were you baptized in the name of Paul? This is good and beneficial. If you separate into the Paulinists, and Apollonians, and Cephites, and the Real Christians, you will maintain the unity of Christ, at least among your little group. (1 Corinthians 1:12-13 re-mix)

    This is a great series.

And Alan — I’m a doofus, and maybe it’s right in front of me — but could you send me your email address?

Mine is my name, brant hansen, (with no space) at gmail.

And if you choose to separate, may it be just you in your little group, sp you do not take anyone else away from the true body of Christ united.

These things would be very funny if they were not so true. Again, conviction strikes!
