This is the 201st passage in “Scripture… As We Live It.”

Give to the one who begs from you as long as you know he’s not going to misuse your gift, and do not refuse the one who would borrow from you as long as you know that she can repay you. (Matthew 5:42 re-mix)

    Exactly. People love sectarian religion. Following Jesus and doing what He said and taught-no so much-especially whithin the religion that borrowed His name.

    Hey Alan, here’s one for you: Lend the money expecting it won’t be repaid, then you’ll have an opportunity to forgive the other person just in case they really don’t repay.
