This is the 65th passage in “Scripture… As We Live It“:

There is ideally and eschatologically one body and one Spirit – just as you were called to the one hope that belongs to your call… (Ephesians 4:4 re-mix)

    Hey Alan,

I have a serious question. Man I struggle with this so I will be honest. How do we flush this out? For example, there is a church who meets nearby, but I disagree with the way they meet, but the person is closer there and may be able to have more vibrant relationships there (maybe?) what do you do? Or what about disagreeing with someone or calling something wrong. I guess I am asking, how is Ephesians 4 and 1 Corinthians flushed out, is it even possible today?

    Lionel,

We can’t control what other people do. However, we can choose to live in unity with other believers. Obviously, if they choose to separate from us, we can do nothing about that.

Is it even possible today? Yes. But only if we all seek unity in Christ, not in anyone or anything else.
