My translation:

Although I have many things to write to you, I don’t want to communicate through pen and ink. So, I hope to see you soon, and then we will talk face to face. I pray that God’s peace will be with you. All of our friends here send their greetings to you. Send our greetings to our friends there by name. (3 John 13-15)

Here is another translation for comparison:

I had much to write to you, but I would rather not write with pen and ink. I hope to see you soon, and we will talk face to face. Peace be to you. The friends greet you. Greet the friends, every one of them. (3 John 13-15 ESV)
